Todoroki waterfall
There are various large and small waterfalls upstream of Hontaki Falls.
Unknown clear stream Kaifu River. There is a roaring waterfall in the upper stream. One of Japan's top 100 waterfalls, Shikoku's leading waterfall "Todoroki Falls". Upstream of Hontaki, there are a series of large and small waterfalls, each with its own flavor, collectively known as Todoroki 99 Waterfalls.
The Todoroki no Yakata (store) will be closed for a while to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.

- From JR Awa-Kainan Station, take the town bus (Hirai Line) and get off at Todoroki Shrine (55 minutes)
By car: About 30 km from Kaiyo Town Office (Kainan Government Office) on National Route 193 toward Todoroki Falls
The entire mountain is like a corridor of waterfalls, about 1,500 meters from Hontaki to Nabewari Falls at the top.
The promenade is well maintained, and you can enjoy a leisurely stroll in about 2 hours round trip.
Due to road improvement work, the road is temporarily closed.
